  2. How can I access GNC services?

Psychotherapy

  1. How can I avail psychotherapy through GNC?

You can get in touch with us through the information here and ask for an appointment. Please note that psychotherapy services are offered through prior appointments only, so make sure you contact us and schedule a session.

  2. Who will be treating me? What are their qualifications?

Psychotherapy services at GNC are offered by Cheelu Chandran, a renowned psychotherapist who has been practicing for more than two decades. Apart from offering counseling services, Cheelu has been active in the mental health space, especially in creating awareness around mental health issues and promoting empathy-based interventions for mental health conditions.

  3. What kind of therapeutic interventions can I expect during my psychotherapy?

GNC promotes its own form of Empathy and Intuition Based Therapy (EIBT)™ that is based on mental and emotional healing by encouraging people to direct compassion towards themselves and others. With the belief that compassion is an emotional response and intuition a natural response central to well-being, EIBT uses a developmental framework to address several core forms of emotional wounding. Some of the aspects of psychotherapy utilized in this approach include Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), developmental psychology, social psychology, and spiritual philosophy.
